After completing his undergraduate education at Istanbul University, Dr. Kadir Berat OYUR received specialty training in plastic and general surgery in Belarus and Ukraine. He gained international experience as an observer at the University of California, Irvine and Harvard University Brigham and Women’s Hospital in the USA. He is a member of American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS), International Society of Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Association. Having successfully completed various certification programs, Dr. OYUR has a multilingual language range and is interested in social activities such as music, sailing and professional cycling.
