Personal data processed

Through the appointment form on this website we process your name, telephone number, email address and the content of your message. If you share information about your health in your message, that data is treated as a special category of personal data under Article 6 of the Law.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed solely to assess your appointment request, to contact you and to plan your care; on the basis of your explicit consent and the grounds set out in Articles 5–6 of the Law. It is not used for marketing.

Transfer

Your data is shared only to the extent necessary for delivering care (for example with the hospital where surgery will take place) and with competent public authorities where the law requires it. It is not otherwise transferred to third parties and is never sold.

Retention period

Appointment request data is retained for the periods required by applicable legislation after your request is concluded; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it and the purpose of processing, to request its correction, deletion or destruction, and to claim compensation if processing is unlawful. Cookies

This site does not use cookies for advertising, profiling or visitor tracking, and it contains no analytics or measurement tools. The only thing stored is a single entry in your browser's local storage, which remembers that you closed the enquiry bubble. It contains no personal data and never leaves your browser.
